Why is my order on hold?
Your order is on hold while we are either waiting to receive your payment or while we confirm that your payment has been received, we aim to have this done within 24 hours.
You will receive an email notification once this has been done.

I have paid over 24 hours ago and my order is still on hold?, what should I do?
Please Contact Us with your order number and upload a screenshot/proof of payment so we can confirm that we have received it.
In the meanwhile, keep an eye out for our “Payment received” email.

My order status has been in packaging for a while, what does this mean?
We are getting your goodies ready and aim to have this done within 24hours but in some cases it can take longer. We will send you an email after 48hours to keep you updated.

I have accidentally ordered to the wrong address, what do I do?
Unless you have already received your dispatch email, head over to Contact Us and select the subject “shipping address”, then enter your new address details.

My order says complete, what does this mean?
We have processed and dispatched your order.

How will I know when my order is arriving?
Once we have dispatched your goodies, you will receive a Royal Mail Special delivery tracking number via email.
